Great place to stay. I was working out of town and stayed there for 3 months. Quite and no problems.

I was in Franklin for the weekend in my Motorhome. I needed to dump waste and add water. I called several times and no answer. I drive to park. Told lady I had stayed last year. I asked how much to dump and add water. She said they use to charger $15.00 but they told her that they were not allowing that anymore. I’ll never EVER go there again. Went to another place and was told to go ahead and do what I needed to do and leave what ever money I thought was fair.

Running Creek RV Park is now Central Texas RV Park. Friendly manager, less than an hour from Bryan/College Station. Neighbors are considerate of other campers and very friendly! Clean and reasonably priced laundry room and bathhouse conveniently located on the premises.

Grounds keeper and management do a nice efficient job with the up keep . Love them both like family lol cuz they are. Love my momma and step father. Good well done.

Stayed here 3 months with no problems.n4 washers 4 dryers work fine.nPretty view.nDefinitely would come back!
