I feel like I was re-introduced to yoga for the first time coming here. It was a very unique, intimate, and therapeutic setting. I love the teachers and the atmosphere. Each class begins with a teaching and special greeting that is thoughtful and eye opening. A great escape from our daily lives!
I love this place. I have never felt at home like I do in this studio. The owner Heather is warm and welcoming and makes the awkwardness of trying a new class non-existent. I love that there are no mirrors and the general body-positive energy. She always asks the class about injuries and takes care to offer specific alternative poses for each person based on their needs. PLUS, not only do we practice yoga, but we also learn about yoga teachings at the beginning of each class. This class is a highlight of my week. Cannot recommend it enough. :)
Heather is simply amazing. She's got a sweet natured and all-loving soul! I can't remember the last time I felt this welcomed into a space. So much gratitude for a beautiful practice from a wonderful teacher. After weeks of traveling and recovering from a sickness, my experience at THE BREATHING ROOM has definitely left me feeling more peaceful and healed. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My wife raves about the wonderful classes she takes at The Breathing Room! They strengthen her body, mind and spirit and that makes her so happy when she comes home. I appreciate that she can find a place to relax and take care of herself and I am so glad she is in good hands.
