My father passed away this past August and this law firm drafted his will. I am grieving the loss of my father and trying to navigate through all of the legalities I am now faced with. On two separate occasions, the attorney's wife/secretary, Sue, has been unjustly rude to me and even hung up the phone in my face when I'm only attempting to seek legal help.
