Excellent facility. Whenever I have myself scheduled for a workout, I look forward to it the whole day. The trainers (one of whom is the business owner) are both kind, helpful, and a lot of fun.nnThey provide exciting workouts that can be finished in just half an hour. It has the same format every day with nine different stations, some with bags, others with equipment. However, it never feels overly repetitive. The trainers are able to give you personal attention so that you can keep improving yourself. I'm really happy I joined 9Round as a member.
Trainers are awesome. Workouts are quick but killer!
I'm new to this scene but I've found it to be the most effective, rewarding and fulfilling type of workout I've tried. The trainer on duty helps you (if you need) through each round all while encouraging but not berating! I have a high stress job and the act of kicking and punching helps release all the day's tension. I highly recommend this place!
I was excited to head over today and try out this gym. It was going to be my best friend, my sister, and myself. If we liked it we were gong to sign up for a year. However, as I do with everything I purchase, I shop around and read reviews and these are TERRIBLE. Well, let me be more accurate, the bad reviews I don't have a problem with, it happens you cannot make everyone happy. BUT THE RESPONSES FROM THE OWNER?! Good grief. Rude, condescending, and completely dismissive of the individual altogether. You don't have to agree with what the patron says but for goodness sake, at least give them the decency of responding to them directly. None of the communication was addressing them, it was just explaining his version of the situation. Terrible customer service and really bad communication tactics. That's enough for us to look elsewhere, I would never spend my money in a place and the owner doesn't address people directly when there are concerns.
One of my favorite places in the world. I've never been to a gym that is so inclusive and incredible as 9Round. I work regularly with Becky and Chance throughout the week and they're so encouraging! They all know you by name and welcome you the second you walk through the door. I have always been so intimidated by regular gyms, and never pushed myself because of that - but here, they're there with you every step of the way. I am so happy that I took the chance and walked in here, I will be with them for a very long time!
