The absolute BEST!!! I started attending Luminaire yoga about three months ago! Caitlin is a total sweetheart who is incredible at teaching yoga! She really makes everyone feel so comfortable whether you are new at yoga or advanced, she shows pose's starting with beginner levels, and then moves to the more advanced stretches if you feel comfortable enough to do so. There is absolutely no pressure here, she truly makes yoga relaxing, wonderful, and feel exactly how you would expect to feel after a yoga practice! I highly recommend Luminaire you truly will not regret it!
I had one of those days where I knew I needed something to shift. I have been curious about the teacher training program so I came to a class taught by a new graduate. The studio was full of yogis with varying levels of experience, but all were very enthusiastic and supportive of the new teacher. It was like doing yoga in your living room along with family and friends. I only wish the studio was closer to where I live!
I had the most amazing time at Wine and Yoga tonight with Caitlin! She is an amazing yoga instructor, her classes are easy to follow, and she makes everyone in the room feel like they are so very special! Thank you Caitlin, I’ll be back!
