Crossfit Epiphany is a great place to work out! The coaches are fantastic and the community is encouraging and welcoming to any one who wants to workout, regardless of their fitness level.
I started crossfit just 5 months ago and I love it and I love this box. The trainers really care about your progress and are just genuine people. Everyone really encourages you. They scale things down for beginners and injuries. I recommend this box to just about everyone. I could not ask for a better experience!
Dropped in here a few times while on vacation. First of all, week long drop in rate was fantastic rather than paying by the day. More importantly, these people embody everything that CrossFit is supposed to be. I felt like I'd known these people for a long time. Great programming and great people.
I love Crossfit Epiphany! The coaches are awesome with a good space. They really focus on form and meet you where you are at. Class sizes are small and they have a 5am class every weekday which fits my schedule perfectly. Would highly recommend!
I wish I could give this box even more stars. I dropped in for a week while in the area and was met with nothing but welcoming arms. Any intimidation I had walking in immediately disappeared when I met the coaches and fellow crossfitters. Jesse is the nicest person you’ll ever meet! He and all of the coaches are very knowledgeable, they emphasize correct form, and they helped push me through some tough workouts! I dropped in as a newbie to their gym and felt as if I left as family. I will absolutely continue to drop in every time I visit!
