Dennis was able to address my ceiling fan installation ahead of schedule,nand was punctual to our appointment. Upon removing the existing light fixture and assessing the install, he found the ceiling fan would not be able to be installed traditionally. Dennis considered several installation options and explained to me in detail why he had decided the job was beyond the scope of services he could offer, and suggested a contractor would be more suited to complete the supporting structure required (in a manufactured home), prior to an electrician installing and wiring the fan.nSafety was his main concern, as was mine. We mutually agreed to not proceed with the installation. Dennis then proceeded to re-mount the existing light fixture and correct the mounting issues that the previous installer had neglected to address. Upon completion, I was left with a safely wired, and securely mounted light fixture.nDennis spent over an hour on this project, including moving a bed and thoroughly cleaning up the work area.nWhen I asked him what I owed him, he replied he wasn't charging me because he wasn't able to complete the original request!nI moved Dennis to the top of the list for future electrical work I may need.nSafety, Honesty, Knowledgeable, Courteous, Promptness, etc.nThis is how standards are set in professionalism.nThank You again Dennis! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dennis saved our bacon twice by being available for immediate service. He sorted out a couple tangles of wires after we finished demoing a couple of walls. Fantastic work. Efficient and personable. Working with professionals like Dennis is a pleasure!

After contacting 2 other companies who had long lead times to diagnose an electrical problem, Vortex said he could come right over after he finished his current job.nHe arrived at right at the appointment time, wore mask and booties, and went straight to work. In 15 minutes he had diagnosed, fixed the problem, and then tested every fixture on the circuit just to be sure.nPrompt, professional, fast, and effecient. I highly recommend Vortex Electric!

I needed electricity run from my house out to my shop building. Dennis came up with a good plan and made it work including a new box in my shop and being able to tap into my existing box in the house that was already full.nDennis is a professional, reasonable and level-headed person that was able to do what it took to tackle the problem.nHe is a pleasure to work with.
