Prairie Electric doesn't return your calls. I have left 5 messages for service to my alarm system and Brad Johnson is supposed to call back. He doesn't and the receptionist would not give me the general manager so that I could talk with him. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I called up Prairie Electric to get a quote on some possible work to be done. The service tech talked through the potential problem and assisted me over the phone. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. they were able to solve my problem in a 5 minute phone call. If I ever have any other issues i will definitely will be coming back to them. Highly recommend.

We had a commercial Machine Lathe down and they were able to rewire the machine without a correct wiring schematics. The technician John W was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and saved our company thousands.nTHANK YOU FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
