Hired Crown Electric to wire our hot tub and ceiling fans at our new house. Workers were prompt, courteous and did a very good job of installation. Job was done quickly and work areas cleaned prior to leaving job. Would highly recommend Crown Electric for services and will definitely use them again whenever we need electrical work done.

I am selling my home so needed the bid and work done fast. Quote was prompt, concise ands reasonable. Work was done timely by professionals. Several nice bonuses! There was a mix up with getting a key to them; both field and office staff helped resolve the matter. The buyers bank appraiser showed up while they were working and need a code to the shop, Mark just called me from his cell phone and got it taken care of. I will definitely do business with Crown Electric again.

My experience has been great with Crown Electric. I've had them out to do a couple of jobs and each time they were on time and professional. Their work was accurate to the bid/request and the guys that showed up (on time) were clean cut and respectful and did good work. The price was also very reasonable for the work performed. To me, they raise the bar not only for electricians but also for contractors in general where professionalism and appearance are usually swept to the side and its hard to get people to show up on time on the day scheduled. Crown has been solid and I will continue to call on them as long as they are.

At one time this business was client/customer orientated. It's completely changed it's approach. My last experience wasn't good. The workers were young and made mistakes. Example... drilled a hole through the side of a wall to put a ground wire in. The hole was huge and would allow vermin through. No common sense at all. It took some time to get them to come back. There were other errors.. They didn't follow the contour of the walls and stretched wires across the ceiling in plain site. I now have a light fixture hanging from the ceiling. Let me guess, I call them and I get three young kids out to do something that takes them five minutes and a big bill since it's been a year?? Sad to see a company that was so customer oriented go down fast.. Seems to be all about $ now. Maybe if there are less customers we may see a return to humble beginnings? I've heard great stuff about Prairie Electric. I will try them in the future.
