We wanted to upgrade our back patio deck cover/roof and chose Straight Line Exteriors over the larger, more well known company serving the Portland, OR area. Straight Line (Anthony) really heard what we were looking for, gave us a well presented estimate, and offered full service. When our biz travel caused a delay in the start date, Straight Line was flexible and started upon our return. The construction/build team was excellent; in quality of materials, construction skill, professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy. Anthony and Chance both came by at different times to check progress and ensure all was on track. Upon finishing the project, the team made sure the area was cleaned up of all dust, dirt, and materials. We are very happy with the service of Straight Line; from estimate - quality of construction - close-out. Top-notch and we highly recommend!

After over two years of working on our plans, and getting some preliminary drawing done we had a great vision for our new back patio. We talked with numerous builders as we prepared to start our project. We met with Anthony, and looked at several of Straight Line’s previous projects. We marveled at how elegant their projects looked, so we chose to work with them.nWhile we thought we had our project figured out, Anthony did suggest that we may make some adjustments during the course of the construction. He was absolutely correct as we choose to make several adjustments during the process. Everyone we worked with connected with Straight-line; Brad-owner, Anthony-project manager, Brant-lead carpenter, Wesley-concrete, Andre-Painter, Mike-electrician, were so helpful. All the workers we’re more than willing to accommodate our adjustments. Even more valuable for us was how frequently they lent their experienced eyes to suggest options that looked better than what we had originally planned. In the end our back patio looks truly spectacular. Our only frustration was that it was hard to stay on schedule. We realize a few weeks in delay will pale in comparison to a lifetime of backyard enjoyment in our new space.nWe would highly recommend using this company for any outdoor project large or small. In fact even after completion of the work, and payment was made they have been willing to come out to do touch up work to assure everything looked exactly the way it should.
