Roger has been very helpful in the past but I had an appointment booked with him two weeks ago and he didn't show up. I called and left a voicemail to figure out why he didn't show up and try to reschedule - no response. I texted him this week to follow up - no response. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I'd be wary of scheduling an appointment with Roger and expecting him to show up.
He was unprofessional, overbooked and cut corners. He went us an invoice that was incorrect that we had to correct. We went with him because his initial bid was the cheapest and we got what we paid for. It ended up actually being more expensive in the end.
