Have been using Advanced Air Systems since I moved to Vancouver 15 years ago. They were recommended by the previous home owner who had used them for a number of years. I truly believe that because of their semi-annual HVAC check-ups that I never had any problems. When the original builder-installed system was approaching its expected operating life, I had Advanced Air install a new American Standard system. They were clean, swift and thorough. I never had any problems with the new system either.nnWhen I remarried and moved into my new wife's just-built home I have continued to use Advanced Air to my great satisfaction. I have found that there semi-annual inspections are proactive and identify problems early so they can be handled in a less costly manner.nnI wouldn't use anybody else.nnPaul HolmesnVancouver
I’m quite pleased with Advanced Air Systems. Every time I’ve dealt with them they have always done a great job and I truly appreciate the top notch customer service they provide. I’ve used a different company once before and I’ve decided that Advanced is the only company that I’ll use in the future. I highly recommend them and I give them a five star (out of a 1-5 scale) rating. James at the office and Richard the technician provided me with a job well done and , again, awesome customer service. I have used Advanced Air Systems for a number of years for routine maintenance. I also had them recently install a new AC unit. All of their technicians are very nice a professional. I would highly recommend them.
Technician was punctual, professional, polite, and seemed very knowledgeable. He seemed to provide his honest opinion and advice that made sense, which I appreciated. He provided a through explanation of what he did, and sent me his notes in writing, and did not try to sell any additional, unsolicited services. Great service!
Advanced Air Systems were able to come out promptly and diagnose my old AC system that was malfunctioning and leaking refrigerant. They provided meaningful information and several options. I decided to upgrade to a new system and they were able to get it installed on short notice during a busy summer heat streak. Installation is clean and professional. AC is ice cold. Would highly recommend and do business with this local company again.
