I used this tax services for a few years but I had to fix the errors they made myself twice. They overcharge and are rude to customers. Melissa at the Waco office really needs a new job because her customer service sucks!! I rather go to another company and get what I pay for..

Its nice just wish our taxes would hurry and come. They said their funds hit the accounts on tuesdays and thursdays and we was told by the 27th so we are hoping to get our taxes TODAY!!!!!!!!
