The lady who did my taxes was very friendly and personable. I asked her how long she had worked with Jackson Hewitt and she told me 6 years and that she loved her job. So many people complain about hating their job and so it was refreshing to hear that, and also gave me confidence in her professional skills. I wish I could remember her name, but if you can find it in your records then that lady deserves some kind of recognition for a job beyond well done!
I was in and out in less than an hour and they were able to get me a refund twice the size of my previous refunds. They are knowledgeable and did not have an issue with all of my questions.
Antoinette was the best tax preparer ever! She was nice, fun, and professional. She was also very thorough and made sure I understood everything, oh and she went above and beyond by checking into the irs web page for info to help me... Overall the experience was great. Thank you Antoinette!!!
