I am BEYOND dissatisfied with the horrendous quality of service I received when trusting H&R Block to file my taxes. They provided me irrelevant INCORRECT information the entire process (making me wonder if my taxes were even done correctly) and did not explain anything when asked why I owed taxes instead of receiving a refund. The office was closed when I was told there would be someone there to finish filing, my return came back rejected from the IRS, and frankly the staff is straight up rude and condescending. We will never be utilizing H&R Block for anything ever again.
1st time here. Very good experience. Nice people. Explained things in a way I could understand easily. Friendly and professional.
Quality of service
Dottie is very knowledgeable and attentive to details. She always treats us with a friendly and professional attitude and works at great length to save us as much money as possible on our tax return. We would not consider using anyone else.
Marsha Nolte is so up on her game. Always smiling, no question asked is beneath her to answer. Answers questions in layman's terms. Always tries to get you the best refund. Keeps her knowledge up to date. Total asset to her to her employer.
