I love the CVS at 507 Clarksville. Staff is friendly and efficient. Shannon is my go to friend who helps me always! I will miss Polly but wish her all the best in her retirement.

Pharmacist denied me my medication yesterday because he said he couldn't verify my insurance. I showed him my Veterans card. I left without my medication even though I showed him my VA card. I told them the VA provides my healthcare and medication. How is it they are able to deny medication like that? I will never shop or use this CVS again if I ever use any CVS ever.

THIS CVS IS A SORRY STORE I WENT 2 TIMES TO GET MY MEDICINE AND WAS TOLD TO COME BACK AND THEN I GET HOME AND I GET A MESSAGE THAT IT WAS READY SO I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW PLACE TO GET MY MEDICATION.
