Great location. Always clean, food is always fresh and tasty, and EXCELLENT customer service. A guy by the name Cliff went beyond helping me print my document. I would love to see this level of service at all locations.
Will never go to this place again. Filthy dirty bathrooms. Even. though sign on. the door clearly states that masks are required there were at least 10 people I counted not wearing g masks. Not enough staff to enforce this. Why have a policy if you are not going to enforce it? I would not have come in if I had known that you were not enforcing this.
Here in the pilot's subway in junction, tx, I tried to order 2 times but it was impossible the girl, she looked at me but did not care, the boyfriend arrived. She served him gave him his pizza and then went to hide, How nice it is to make money without working.
We are on a road tripped and stopped at this location to get some breakfast on Thanksgiving. We were pleasantly surprised with our experience. The man working the Cinnabon counter was so kind and and told me all about their coffee machines. Then while I was over there getting my iced coffee, he went out of his way to help me. Carmen working at Subway was very polite and efficient. Thank you for your service!
We all know the weather is bad, and there is a broken water pipe close by. I wasn't aware that lack of water stops trash bins from being emptied. Seriously, since you dont have showers to clean, you would think the whole parking lot wouldn't have over flowing trash bins that haven't been emptied since we have been here.
