Stop by often. Just want to give a shout out to management / employees at this 711 location-Van Mall. THANK YOU for being open and serving this community. Thank you for adhering to the law re face masks. If we ALL just do our part ...your not only helping YOURSELF but OTHERS as well. I will never go there again! Drove 5 miles to find an open gas station that wasn't a Shell (aka major Trump company and refuse to spend a dime there). I only needed to buy 2 gallons of gas to put in my gas can. Rusty was not able to tell me their price per gallon. He told me it was something over $3 (which was incorrect). He couldn't even say if it would be closer to $3/4nHe said it changes everyday and that if wanted to know the exact price I would have to go out and look on the pump. Then when I did and came back in from doing so and told him the exact amount I wanted to pay for gas ($2.60×2 =$5.20) he wasn't able to do that for multiple mins as he kept saying so how much did you want?... I finally broke snapped as I was beginning to shake n get dizzy, explaining to him that I have a brain injury and I just need to hurry up n pay n get out of the store's lights before I would be unable to drive. Oh yeah and there was another employee standing right next to him who failed to interject or help in ant way. Awful customer service.

Clean, friendly and very accomodating.. within reason! The owners, Lily & Michael, are very hard working and welcoming..stop in and let 7-Eleven take care of your quick-shop needs!
