I couldn’t imagine working for a more understanding, generous, incredible company. Am I pulling in the big bucks? No...but my job description doesn’t call for a high wage either. Yet the respect and treatment I get working with TCG is unmatched by any other company I’ve ever worked for. Everyone is treated with equal respect, from the top executive to the new hire, and there is no sense of “I’m better than you because I’m the boss/owner/CEO/Store Manager, etc.”nTCG and the management staff puts family as one of its top priorities. Not only are we treated like family, they completely understand that their employees have a life outside of work with its own demands and obligations. I have a fairly “complicated” home situation. My manager is MORE than understanding and always willing to help arrange my work schedule around that so that it not only meets the needs of the company, but also so I get the most hours possible without too much disruption of the time I have with my children. She completely understands that childcare can be expensive, and with a job that doesn’t pay much more than minimum wage, finding an affordable solution can be a challenge. How many companies do you know of that understand and so generously work with your needs, rather than say “It’s not our problem, you’ll have to figure it out”?nAll I have to say is: I thoroughly appreciate the way TCG and the management team run this company, and I am incredibly grateful to be working with and for The Convenience Group!

Management is lacking in all areas.
