Tristin is the most wonderful ray of sunshine and she has fantastic customer service skills. She is so attentive and so fast. Its obvious that she is a very hard worker and a beautiful caring person. She handles tense situations very professionally and any one is lucky to be in her presence or have her working with or for them!!!
Usually my experience at a 7-eleven is without incident....But, visiting here one night made me think twice before going to anymore. The manager, Samantha, needs to find, another job, working around customers is not your forte...While, the issue I had was fixed, it took me a lot of time and arguing, I don't like their policies or corp now...And scoffing at customers by entitled queens working there makes me think they should fired replaced with robots with a friendly disposition to work the registers...I am not from the area, but will a point to not return to this one..
The workers here are just rude. Would not allow me to use my points because “ it’s different at every store”. Also did not give me receipt or correct change.
Tristen and nichole are the best!! They always help me out with whatever issues I'm having!
The night girl that was working tonight was completely rude for no reason, this place has lack of respect, I personally have worked for a corporate 711 as this one, and that attitude and customer service respect would have not have been over looked. To bad I wasn't a secret shopper .
