SEPHORA inside JCPenney

I've always loved sephora, theres a lady with dark hair that works at this one and is very helpful and nice

Really dirty store and barely any product.

I had no idea you could get samples to take home of Men's Cologne giving me a chance to figure out which I want at my leisure. Narrowed it down to three... I would suggest you also narrow your choices down to 4 or less, but they will give you as many as you like.nnVery helpful, knowledgeable & all three women there were very accommodating.

Poor customer service- not sure if they did not want to help me because I am older - over 50 or what. I usually get excellent customer service- I will need to just order from another store on-line.
