Forever 21

I guess employees are making their own policies now. I was told yesterday by one of the girls working there that I was not allowed to have food or drinks in the store.

Always nice clothes and deals. Wish they had more sizes.

Very rude regarding mask issues and overall rude to both me and my friend that came in with me. Seems like they are using the masks as an excuse to show their terrible customer service .. one of us is a medical exemption to the mask and even after explaining to them that it's illegal they didn't care and continued to be rude . This will be last time either one of us will ever shop here. There is many other stores that were more courteous I would rather support them. Forever 21 and h and m were the only stores with Rude and arrogant employees .. the employees even for years have never been nice but I've always ignored it .. this just pushed me over the edge

My kid shops here endlessly. I come to Forever 21 like a million times a week for this or that. They have e matching pieces to every outfit. My 15 year old spends a lot of time in this store and there’s no phone service so, I have to go in to get her and see stuff I may wear. With 21 year old clothes and Microchanneling maybe I’ll stay 21 forever ud83dude09nOh the Seattle one is nice too and way bigger, summer time is poppin in that store too!
