If I could rate 6 stars I would! I absolutely LOVE this store. They have fantastic customer service. There’s a blonde named Sarah that works there and every time I go in she makes me feel very welcome like we are old friends. We pretty much are best friends now. Lol. She took it upon herself to learn the styles that would work with my shape and my likes and dislikes. I’ve never had anyone in retail care enough to devote that kind of time to me. Being in their system makes returns and exchanges a breeze and they don’t give me any weird attitude when I need to return stuff. This kind of customer service is the reason I spend half my paycheck in there! So, If any big wigs from Buckle read this...this is coming from a district manager of a national retail brand...promote her! If I didn’t have respect for my fellow retailers...I would steal her from you and ask her to come work in one of mine! Recognizing and promoting employees of her caliber is the only way to ensure you’re retaining the most dedicated people. Sarah, in case they don’t give you enough recognition...you are the only reason I come to the store now! Thank you so much for being you and representing Buckle the way you do. Until next time!

Super helpful staff, I'm pretty picky about pants and they litterally let me try on like 15 pairs until I found exactly what I was looking for, they even did my alterations same day as I was leaving for Vegas the next day. Such a fun and friendly environment to shop in too!
