I went in to use my birthday credit you get from them. The gentleman who helped me was very nice, the place was clean and well organized. I love the jewelry selection in particular. I love everything in the store but I cannot leave without a new piece of jewelry even if I only came in to browse. I look forward to having quite the collection of spooky dresses, jewelry, and other accessories. Go forth and be spooky.

The service was a bit lacking but the food made was so amazing it made up for everything

I have been shopping at Hot Topic since I was a teenager. I have to say it is disappointing that this store doesn't stand by the products they produce or respect customer time. For the first time I ordered a product in store to have it shipped to home. The order arrived a week late, with the wrong sizes and in one shirt the side seem not closed. When I went to return they didn't have the sizes needed in store so I could wait another two weeks for them to arrive and pay shipping gain. When I got a refund both my shipping , taxes, and rewards were not returned. The whole point of paying for shipping to my home instead of store was that I didn't want to load up the kids and drive to the mall. The manager while friend suggested I call customer service and it didn't matter. Hugely disappointed in product integrity. I will have to buy Ghibli, and band tee shirts on their own sites.
