Great customer service! Brought in a return from online that was a gift. Thought that it might be complicated because I didn’t buy them personally and it was over the 30 days. No problem at all! Mike helped me and knew exactly what he was doing. Very friendly and competent. Thank you mike! They were quick, efficient, and I was in and out in no time.

I purchased a pair of Vans online for my 10yr old daughter, when they arrived we found they were way too tight on her. On Monday, Nov 9th (5ish pm)we took a quick trip to Vancouver Mall to exchange them. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly “hello welcome to Vans!”. As I approached the counter and explained we needed a bigger size they quickly offered to bring out a half size up along with a full size up. My daughter tried them on and decided on a full size up and then she changed her mind on the style of the shoe so she chose a different shoe and they didn’t make a fuzz and quickly got the ones she wanted with a smile. Competed the transaction and I leafy feeling welcomed, cares for as a customer and satisfied 100% with my visit.

Excellent service here! Very knowledgeable and helpful without hovering. Clean and pristine store. Great selection of clothes, shoes, accessories and skateboards.

The store manager Mike from store mgr #241 help me out. I walked in to the store and asked him if he could help me with the Van's website. I told him that 2 of my kids were awarded with gifts cards to make personalized Van's and the website was not seem to have my kid's sizes.nnMike pulled out his table and had me show him the problem I was having. He noticed the problem right off the bat. He said that for younger kids I had to click the tab online that said kid's then a new tad would pop up saying little kids he told me to click that one too. Once I did that I was able to find my children's sizes.nnThanks Mike for helping me out my kids loved making there new shoes. They can't wait for them to arrive.

Bought a skateboard from this location where I have shopped at for the past 10 years. Good atmosphere, always enjoy the products and supported vans. The first time I used this skateboard it instantly created pressure cracks across the board showing it was directive and slightly snapped beyond repair. I have skates for over a decade and anyone who skates knows what this is and how it happens. Hoping they would help at least exchange it or offer some sort of resolution the managers only response was “sorry bro, I can’t help you” ZUMIEZ has a massive selection of skateboards and offers a 2 week policy where they will replace the board if yours cracks, snaps, ect within the first 2 weeks for reasons just like this. Sadly, Vans can’t help you bro.
