I am always given excellent service. Setting up dressing room, fetching diff sizes, doing searches, finding something I can't find, doing returns and shipping orders. Love this store at Van Mall.

Super immature staff in here openly talking poorly/gossiping/insulting others. A customer? A friend? I don’t know. It was appalling and I opted to purchase elsewhere as a result.

I can't really buy pants online as a petite person and they carry a limited selection of petite clothing. Their clothes are great quality to price ratio, I thrift the tops, dresses, and sweaters online and stop by here for the pants.

I felt ignored. Was there for 20 minutes and no one acknowledged my existence. Planned on spending $75 to $100 dollars, but left without spending a dime. They acknowledged the younger women and offered to help them.
