The women here are always so friendly and inviting!! They make me feel very comfortable and like I belong even though I don't fit the profile of a typical VS shopper. I love visiting this VS in particular!!

The woman who helped me find a bra was wonderful. The cashier however was very rude, looked past me while talking to me instead of making eye contact, and didn’t take the name of the associate who helped me. I assume they work with commission like many retail stores so this was unfortunate for the lovely girl who helped me. The inconsiderate personalities will keep customers from coming back.

Products were good lotions and body spray are on sale $2 for &20 and undies 5 for $30

It was messy and felt unorganized and a little chaotic. typically when you walk into a store you have sales associates that come up to you and offer to help and give you their name. That’s always been my experience with Victoria’s Secret. They are generally very helpful and have great customer service. That was most certainly not my experience at this location today. Honestly, the only reason this is not a one star is because the lady on the pink side was kind and helpful. We waited forever in line, there was one lady in front of us that was waiting at the counter for a long time as well. Finally a cashier walked up and made a comment about how nobody else coming up to cashier, as if it was somebody else’s fault that she didn’t walk up and do her job. She acted like she was bothered that she had to do her job. I ended up walking away because her attitude was the last straw. They would definitely have more business if they had better customer service and people acted better about having to do the job that they are hired to do.
