I 100% recommend coming to this store if you’re looking for Prom, Quinceañera dresses, etc. They have a major variety of dresses. I got my Quinceañera dress from Moda Bella almost 2 years. When I first walked through the door I got the best service and I still do. They helped me pick out my dream dress. Went there to check out a dress the first day, and I asked the lady to put it on hold. The attitude I got is unbelievable, but I let it go because I am not there to fight. She told me she could only hold for the day, then she said she will hold it until noon the next day. So, I went the next day very late assuming the dress is not there because she said she cannot hold it for more than 12pm. However, when I arrived she said oh I hold it for you until now and it was 6 pm. I do not know what is that mean honestly. Why did she try to say she can’t hold it? Did she try to push the sales or what? Anyway I bought it and went home. Next day, I received a call from the people I am going to their party, saying they had to cancel. So I called the store to tell then that I needed to return the dress and the response I got was unbelievable. The lady said: “this is our final sale”. Even though it’s nowhere written on the receipt. I asked her wondering that she didn’t say anything about any policy. And she said: “ I will call you back” and hang up on my face. Oh by the by she did not even asked for my phone number. of course I tried to call so many times but they would answer and and hung up on me. You guys, please do not go there ever, piece of advice. Rip off. Worst service, worst people and worst store I have ever been too.nnI couldn’t find a reply button, but no your standards are as low as they could be. The worst place, the worst people and the worst dresses.nnPeople should not even consider going there.

The ladies at Moda Bella were so friendly and helpful. They helped my daughter find several prom dresses she loved. The one she ended up choosing was so gorgeous on her. We had the dress altered, and the seamstress did a great job, and was very fast. The ladies running the shop made dress shopping a great experience. We drove up from Portland after having trouble finding a dress, and we ended up having a hard time choosing just one at Moda Bella. Can't recommend them enough!

Got a beautiful dress. They make sure you don't have the same dress as someone else from your school (makes your life easier). Very nice staff and helpful. I had picked a dress with some beading that was falling off and they fixed it with no charge. ud83dudc93

This is the best dress shop I have ever been to! They were so willing to let me try on dresses, boosted my self esteem, and was there with me every step of the way. So happy to have found my perfect prom dress! Wish I knew of this place earlier
