My favorite place to stop when I have to go to or through Dallas. Showers are always super clean, staff is always really nice. Usually the showers have plenty of hot water and plenty of water pressure. Not sure what was going on this morning, didn't seem to have the usual water pressure, but as usual it was extremely clean. If you're planning to stage to go into Dallas by parking here, I suggest you get there early. Parking lot is a little on the small side and it does fill up early in the day. One of my favorite pilots!
It's Very Sad when you have to go outside and take a phone call from your Dispatcher because the music was so VERY LOUD you couldn't even hear to talk. You couldn't even hear the person standing next to you.nThen you go to Arby's to get something to eat and the counter girl is more worried about everyone else but the truck drivers. I waited for 7 minutes and she NEVER looked my way another driver said he had been waiting for his food for over 10 minutes. But the drive thru got FABULOUS service.nWill not stop here again.nIf you do that's up to you.
I was trying to buy cigarettes here and they wouldn't sell it to me with price advertised in the store instead they want sell it to me with an another price telling me the price has been updated in the system therefore the price posted is not valid. The price posted is to lure people then they'll rip you off. Most pilot truck stop practice this illegal false advertising.
Clean store & very nice. My only complaint is whoever cleans showers is outside while drivers are waiting on showers. Showers are were empty but needed to be cleaned.. As a driver time is money.
Clean, nice staff...im in hear several times a week to shower and probably 2 out if 3 times the water is never hot...if you want a hot shower take it across the street to loves or down the road to another pilot...place is a cluster fk most of the time trying to get in or out the place, same for the loves across the street
