At CarMax, I purchased a 15-month old luxury sedan for approximately $20,000 less than its original sticker price. The car has a factory warranty for another 33 months (in addition to the CarMax warranty) and looks, drives, feels and smells like a brand new vehicle. The CarMax team were consummate professionals throughout the process. The entire experience was delightful - not a word I usually associate with the car buying process.

Very impressed with the service & quality here. Purchased my new vehicle & sold old in less then 2.5hrs, they gave me more for my old car than dealership and made sure everything made sense during the whole process. I loved the attention to detail.nImportant people who helped me: Celeste was such a light and fun person to work with.nMiguel was my first helper and explained the whole buying process. Very easy to work with! Ordered a car type we had been watching and searching around for. It came in, we test drove & purchased! Love that CarMax isn’t located in to closest location for their cars. Super easy!

I could not say enough good things about CarMax and the experience I had not only as a seller but as a buyer. There is no gimmick or catch, it’s just easy buying and selling with great people who know what they are doing! Run don’t walk if you want a great experience with cars! It is quick and easy, with no haggling or pressure from the associates. I highly recommend CarMax over “traditional” dealers who pressure you without laying out the facts of selling or buying a car.

When we went to CarMax we were just trying to get an idea of what we wanted and were not completely ready to buy.....the sales person was never too pushy or rude. Once we decided to go ahead and purchase we found something at CarMax and it was the easiest and friendliest car buying car experience we have ever had. We will definitely be going back next time we decide to purchase a car.
