Pick-n-Pull

Its ok for a pick n pull..every employee I've encountered seems to be angry and hate their jobs. I guess if I worked there I might feel the same way. I feel they have a good selection though and the yard is pretty easy to navigate

This place is awesome. It's very cheap and you can get really hard to find parts here. You can get everything from a vacuum hose to a truck canopy and everything in between. Staff has always been helpful, I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

So, apparently they can make prices up as they go and don't price match anymore. Just spent 45 minutes digging around to find the one control module they have that I need. Their website lists them at $19.99 and I could've purchased online for $40 with no shipping and waited two days. Guy at the counter wanted $79 and some change. I remind him that the website lists it at $40 (I was mistaken. It's $19.99 I looked again after I left) and he said not this one. So, since I just went thru all the work, I offered to price match with him. Without hesitation he said no. So, I reluctantly put it on the counter. The moment I did, he said have a nice day. So I walked out without the part.nWhen did the customer service get so bad? When did they stop price matching? It still lists on their door and website that they price match. And since when did they not honor their own listed prices?nNow, I could afford the $80 but there is no way I would pay it on principal alone. If I can get it online without crawling in the dirt and digging thru glass and grease, and had I known they wouldn't honor their $20 listed price, I would've just ordered online. I'm kind of blown away. Already left a email with corporate office. Rather than taking my $20 or even $40 that I would've been willing to pay at that point, they would rather throw it out now? So confused and disappointed

It was good. Better than most. Organized. Easy to get in and out.

Found exactly what I was looking for. At a reasonable price.
