Restaurant hours posted says 4 am however the worker present mentioned they don't serve food until 5 am. Why not just change the time posted?

Sht service standed inline for 20 min and cook was working at her own pace

Cooks stopped serving breakfast and it was barely 9:30 AM. Lunch wasn’t even ready yet. When asked what time breakfast ended lady said usually 11, don’t understand how 4 cooks are there and food isn’t ready. There was also flies around food. Yuck.
