I left pro caliber very pleased and satisfied with our sales experience. He was very very thorough with all details. This was our third purchase at your store & he was the best, hands down. I believe his name was Chris. Bottom line was he took the time to talk and explain, like we were a customer , not a number.

Knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer service. Got the adventure bike and gear I needed that fit correctly with protection and mobility. Everything was explained clearly. That’s amazing as so much technology is stuffed on modern bikes. Eli, Kelly, Miles, Adam (Klim vendor) have earned a longtime patron. I will be back for more and referring acquaintances. ✌ufe0f

I highly recommend Pro Caliber Motorsports in Vancouver. I was looking to buy a new Indian motorcycle for quite sometime and having looked around the country for an Indian dealer.. I chose Pro Caliber. From my first email and phone call to the final purchase... the guys at Pro Caliber were true pros, and were there all along the way to answer my questions and make the buying experience easy and enjoyable. I got a great deal on the exact bike I wanted and couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase . A special thanks to Braden .. their great sales professional who was there for me from my first call until the day I signed the papers on my new bike. I can’t say enough about Braden’s knowledge and professionalism.. he was there to answer all my questions and guide me through the whole process until the day I rode out on my new Indian. I’ve bought 3 motorcycles from Pro Caliber now. Every time I’ve bought I’ve found the best deal here and the customer service has been amazing. They have gone out of there way to teach me about each bike and show me the best options for what I’m looking for when picking a bike. Financing and buying couldn’t have been any easier.

I have to say, as my first buying experience, Pro Caliber was a good one. My wife and I worked with Big Jeff. Super nice guy and helpful. No matter how annoying I thought I was being with all my question, Jeff was knowledgeable and honest. The time I spent with Justin in the finance office was quick and painless.. normally signing for financing on a vehicle is drag.. Justin had it down to a “T”. He offered extra coverage on the machine and GAP but didn’t push when I declined, like I’ve experienced at most car dealerships..nnI will for sure 100% be doing business with Pro Caliber again.
