After going to more than 5 dealerships looking for the right truck. We came to look at a truck that ended up not meeting our needs. Skyler was great, not pushy, and understood that they just didn’t have what we needed. He had said he be happy to keep his eyes open for what we were looking for. As we were leaving the lot, he chased us down because he thought they might have our perfect vehicle somewhere on their lot. He showed it to us on his phone and “yes! We want to see it”!!! He went and found it and it was the best truck we had seen. Negotiations were pleasantly simple. We drove it home and we love it!

Awesome staff and service. My Tacoma Trail Edition was a special order purchase and all who were involved did an amazing job. I had to wait a month before my vehicle made it to the store, but the entire time any changes or updates were forwarded to me via text or email. Communicating to me even the smallest of details was very appreciated. Highly impressed with the quality of service I received.

Bryan Gregg is THE best finance person I've ever worked with on anything. He's patient and informative, ensuring all the bases are covered and mentioning all the available options. There's never any pressure to sign up for something you don't want or aren't sure about. He's truly there to serve, and I appreciate this level of service so very much.

Aside from the replacement mirror all the work was professional and very good with excellent communication.nWe were told, after all the work was completed, the back of our mirror replacement wouldn't be in until Tuesday and we would be called when it arrived.nI finally called Wednesday and found it just arrived. Given a 9;45 appointment and I came in and it was taken care of very well.nAfter getting home we noticed the backs of the mirrors weren't the same. Original back, as the passenger side mirror, has a red inlay around the turn light but driver side replacement back doesn't!

A rare experience, buying a new or used vehicle (In this case a used RV), and feeling completely valued and respected as a client and future repeat customer. Even after the sale, but before delivery, they went above and beyond with the final service inspection and added surprise upgrades that were outside my best expectations. Made my wife and I feel much better than a one-time sale operation would have left us. Thanks Roger (sales) and Jessie (service) and everyone else we interacted with!
