If I could give 0 stars, I would. We paid cash for a 2004 Class C RV. We had to force them to give us possession because they sat on their hands for almost a week while we paid for a hotel. They didn’t communicate with us, at all. We had to show up at the office multiple times just to get answers because nobody would call us back. And this is AFTER they received almost 40k in cash from us. Then, after we did take possession they said they would come to us to fix 2 minor parts that they were waiting on. Today, I called to check the status on those parts because, again, they never returned our calls to try to get it scheduled for them to come fix. We had kept them informed on our timeline and they knew we were leaving for our road trip today. They STILL didn’t even bother to return a call. So, I called them and spoke to the service manager. I am, obviously, incredibly frustrated by their lack of communication, professionalism and punctuality. After a couple excuses about them being “so busy” and the service manager mentioning he doesn’t even know what is going on with our RV because he “just got back from vacation” I continued to inquire about what they are going to do to make it right. He said they’re still waiting on parts (again, it’s been weeks at this point). When I pushed him for a timeline he said that I was “too angry” and he hung up on me. I didn’t curse, yell, anything like that. Just tried to make sure they could give us some sort of answer considering fixing these items was written into our contract when we purchased the RV. So, I was just trying to get them to follow through on something THEY offered and wrote in and we all signed.nnAlso, they don’t inspect their RVs when they get them in. When we toured the RV it was presented to us as if they knew the couple little things wrong with it that they’d have to fix before we could take it. That wasn’t the case at all. Our salesman even admitted later that their practice is to do inspections AFTER the sale, which feels super shady since you have no idea what you’re buying and they’re not up front about that at all.nnDo NOT use this company. Literally go to ANY other dealer. We sure wish we had.

Ken was amazing. He showed us many RVs and we found the one we like. He was very nice and polite.

Helpful and friendly staff, have bought from them twice. he 1st was a tow behind trailer and the second was a class c rv, bothnwere in great condition and clean! Great experience with them from start to finish!

My experience was good at first, found the trailer I wanted, made an offer, said they would get back to me the next day about financing, did not hear from them until I called them the next evening.. they said they would call me as soon as they heard anything probably within the next day or so.. 2 weeks later they called me back... I had to laugh at them because I had already bought an RV since not hearing from them.. not very on the ball, I would say.
