They charge 35 dollars fee due to a pandemic and 50 dollars to cancel the service. Might as well charge me for keeping me on hold and hanging up. Very unprofessional and rude. Do they not realize that we are also in a pandemic, not just their company. That's how it is nowadays, company first then customers.
