Add my truck for 2 weeks almost and still didn't fix the leaking coolant. You think the dealer would know best but not necessarily.

Their service dept used to be better but the customer service has gone WAY downhill. The woman that works there now is rude and condescending - while waiting for my oil change (which started 20 minutes late due to her incompetence) I had the opportunity to hear her act that way with multiple other customers. :(. I hope AWM pays attention and either gets he trained in customer service and interpersonal skills or moves her somewhere else where she can be more effective.

Very clean. The service is excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The nice thing is if you say I'm just looking they leave you alone and say if you need anything or have any questions please feel free to let me know. No high pressure sales. I took my new one and a half year old Chevy Trax into the servicing Department. I needed the heater vent handles replaced. It took them five hours to tell me. I had to bring my car back the following week because they didn't have the two knobs they needed. I brought the car back the following week. Waited for an hour and a half for my car to be repaired. They called me up front I sign my paperwork they gave me my keys and set me on my way. Now I'll show you how they left my car. They left White residue all over the floor mats there was a liquid running down the front dashboard that had tried on there. The driver side armrest has white residue all over it. This is not how I brought my car in.nThis is not a job well done. This is telling me. After you sale the car to us. You just don't care anymore.....nYes I can clean it up. But that's not the point. What happened to customer service. What happened to caring about other people's property.
