I made an appointment to see a 2018 Forester. My plan was to look and test drive only and to spend the weekend looking at and test driving other makes of cars. Taylor Vance helped me with the process. He was courteous, patient, easy to work with. We went out on a test drive and he answered all my many questions thoroughly. I was on the fence, really liked the car and how it drove, but not ready to decide. Taylor was never pushy - just kept answering my questions. After evaluating my current ride for trade in, and looking over financing, I was ready to go forward, certain I wasn’t going to do any better than this car, with any other model or dealerships. I have to say this was the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve had. I would highly recommend seeking out Taylor and working with him. Thanks for a fun car buying afternoon, Taylor!

Really have loved my experience here so far. It's definitely a shop I feel that I can trust, and that's something I've had issues with in the past. I'm very cautious with who services my vehicles and Frank Ross and Zach Turner have been excellent to work with.nnZach has been taking care of me recently, and it has been a pleasure working with him. He's been timely and very helpful, and responsive when I have questions.nnI'll definitely be taking my vehicles here in the future and appreciate Zach's efforts in making my experience a solid one.

The customer service was amazing and Antonio helped me figure out exactly what I wanted in my price range so that I could walk away happy.

Mike was great! He was available and informative over the phone. When we pulled up, he had our car waiting for us, ready to go. He advocated for us on all the smaller details. And on top of all that, he was understanding and great with our 2.5 year old running around the whole time. Thanks Mike!

I had very high hopes for this Subaru dealership based on the reviews and what I’ve heard, nothing but good things. I’ve had my current WRX serviced here and had a great experience. Unfortunately this morning that was not the case. I contacted them last night about an hour before they closed and made an appointment to look at a vehicle when they opened at 9am. When I arrived, Dina whom I made my appointment with and confirmed it with me, wasn’t even there. Instead I spoke with a nice man, he didn’t introduce himself so I’m unsure of his name. He seemed very frazzled, couldn’t find a record of my appointment in the system and couldn’t find the vehicle I was going to be looking at. I asked him if he could call Dina and figure out what was going on. He did so, and she said oh yea, that car was already sold, and prompted him to show me other inventory instead. I asked him if it was typical practice to make appointments with people on vehicles that aren’t available and not reach out to let the customer know. He said no, I’m not sure why this happened. I told him I understood this wasn’t his fault but I feel as though that is very unprofessional and I would feel more comfortable taking my business elsewhere. I was fully prepared to purchase a car today and it’s unfortunate that Dina botched the whole experience and wasn’t even there to apologize for herself. Very unfortunate business practice. I will be purchasing my car from Gresham Subaru instead where I have always had a positive experience.
