Great service! The salesman who helped me out was Mason and he was outstanding. It was my first experience at the lot and I wasn’t even planning on buying a car that day. Mason was very insightful, informative and easy going. Everything was so straightforward that there was no reason for me to wait. I never felt pressured to make a decision and the process was pretty smooth. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality cars along with superior service.

Ken was great. Always professional and willing to help.nI had my oil changed and was waiting an extended period of time outside for my car. After 15 minutes, I called Ken to find out where the my car was. He said he would check on it, and in a couple of minutes he personally drove it up to me. That is real customer service, he didn’t have to donthat, however he went above the call of duty to take care of me. I really appreciated that.

Today Johnie Perez and I bought a new Buick Encore . Our sales person Mason worked with us for two days on finding the rite vehicle. Mason was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable in the vehicles! Mason guided us through this experience and made us feel welcomed and appreciated! We purchased a great vehicle and amazing customer service!!! Thank you Mason for all your help!!!! Also thank you to Carr Vancouver Buick GMC!!!! Definitely recommend this dealership!!!! The reason for this positive review is the amazing salesman that guided us through the purchase of our second car from Carr Buick. A good salesman has the ability and knowledge to understand his client's needs, and works to give that client the best possible experience he can.nBryan Borjas definitely achieved that goal. Buying a vehicle can either be a great experience, or not. When Bryan met us on the curb, his warm, caring, human quality was immediately recognized that we got the best salesman that would meet our needs , and make the process as painless as possible. Carr Buick is fortunate to have such an asset,nas this young man representing them. We did not think in a million years ,we would make a new friend, as well as buy a car. My wife loves her car, and we have nothing but positive feedback to offer Bryan Borjas , as to the warm, caring, professional way we were treated..Because of him we will continue to support Carr Buick, because they obviously know how to hire, qualified, exceptional people.

We knew exactly what vehicle we were looking for, made a call over to CARR GMC in Vancouver and spoke with Mason Foster. He was a sincere pleasure to work with. As a young guy he was knowledgable, polite, and ready to work with us. We then worked with Deb in finance to get everything wrapped up, and I must say she was a delight! This is our second vehicle we have purchased from them, they are great folks!
