Drive Thru took 30 minutes, tried to give me medium fries when I ordered large fries, and at the beginning they forgot to give me my fries!

I only ordered four things one of them was an ice cream cone which was fine. one was the large diet Coke with extra extra ice . That was done correctly . Lots of ice, wonderful. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese with no ketchup and heavy heavy barbecue sauce. Not one drop of barbecue sauce anywhere to be found period not in the bag not on the burger nothing. There was also no ketchup like I had asked and on the slip all it says no ketchup it doesn't say anything at all about heavy barbecue sauce. So now I have a 12-year-old who is in tears because the hamburger isn't made the way he wanted it . This was actually a very simple order. I also ordered a big Mac for a dollar we haven't opened that one yet. I'm hoping that 10-year-old doesn't start growing because I don't think I can handle it tonight after working a 16-hour day. I'm not very happy right now with that particular McDonald's.

Several times they've gotten my order wrong. They used to be good, and I understand that everyone is dealing with stuff these days, but including items requested left off your food is dangerous to the wrong person, let's say someone with a food allergy? Luckily I don't have any, but I feel people should know so they can stay safe.

The foods always good and fresh..the staff is always friendly... it's just those long lines that are starting to get to me... can't do anything about that.
