A perfectly good Starbucks, quite small, but they have a system laid out on the floor to direct you around for social distancing.
Over the years there has been great baristas working here. Sometimes there can be a dud, but this location gives the best customer service in Vancouver imo. Visit when Conrad’s working, he’ll make your day. And the manager Amanda is always pleasant. There are a few gals that are also great, but unfortunately I don’t know their names.
Coffee was fine but came here with my girlfriend for Happy Hour with the offer loaded on the Starbucks app. When I went to pay, the barista couldn't figure out how to apply the offer and she got help from another, who told me it doesn't work because I need to have had the app for a few weeks.nnIt doesn't say that anywhere in the offer that you must have the app for a few weeks prior to applying the offer for Happy Hour so I think she was just being lazy or was rushing because of customers.
Conrad was the person who took our order and he was hilarious
The staff was quick, and friendly. I love how it is inside the mall. Perfect placement. If you need a cup of coffee to perk you up to power through the mall? Perfect spot
