Great group of people. The mobile app however needs some work. I order a venti hot tea and specified 1 tea bag. The sticker on my cup only states tea bag not how many. By the time I got to actually take a sip it was so strong I had to dump the whole thing out
Great customer service. Everyone greeted upon entry. Employee teamwork. You can tell they enjoy their job(s).

I used Uber eats for my coffee and Rylee was super awesome. She called me because she wanted to verify what I had ordered. She even put it in a bigger cup for me, so I know I got a little extra. She just went above and beyond, and that's really great customer service! Thank you! :)
