just ordered here for the first time. wasn’t aware that this location doesn’t accept the 50 stars for a free pastry.. so when i mentioned it to the lady she told me they didn’t offer that so i didn’t argue just asked if she could remove the pastry instead.. the lady then proceeds to kinda ask me in a rude manner “you want me to take it off?..”nnthe drink is ok.. i asked for almond milk instead and somehow they managed to make the drink extremely runny, doesn’t even seem like a frappucino (i got a mocha cookie crumble) and on top of that there was like an inch of emptiness at the top of my cup.nnupdate: throwing the drink out.. doesn’t even taste like coffee just tastes like i paid for straight up almond milk. what a joke. im sorry, but ive also worked in the food / service industry and this isn’t up to par
I don’t know the lady’s name who was working on 02/29. It was very busy and she was working alone. She was very polite and got everyone’s orders done super quick. I felt bad for her though because it didn’t seem to be slowing down at all. Thank you so much
