Great people, great location, great prices! All communications were extraordinary. I even got an appointment reminder via text message. Brian was super professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions regarding the tax implications of a 401K. I had a complicated filing this year and needed to file two different state returns. It took less than an hour and probably would have been quicker, but I tend to ask a lot of questions. The price blew me away. It was about half of what I thought I would pay. These people are awesome. You won't be disappointed.

I previously rated this company a 3 star because they failed to report income that was clearly sent to them in email which resulted in an audit. However, after shopping around with other accountants, my expectations have lowered lol. I honestly don't know what to expect from accountants anymore.. they all seem way over obligated and take phone calls during your appointments.. so compared to everyone else.. these guys actually aren't that bad. Although Kylee did answer some questions for the audit, I did all the work. They should have taken more responsibility for the audit. I hear they have a program where if you pay for "insurance" they will basically cover you if you get an audit.. my situation should have definitely fallen under this program.

I would like to commend this company for their integrity. Brian reviewed the tax situation for my small business in a consultation. He explained that the financial benefits of employing his company to take over my bookkeeping and accounting would probably be minimal. I will not be using their services at the moment but when my business progresses to the point that I need accounting and tax help - this will be the first place that I call. I will be referring my colleagues and friends here as well.
