Blue Cross Animal Clinic

Dr. Hedberg is fantastic! She is the only vet in this practice that I would trust. I give her 5+ stars. I also love Taylor (Vet Tech & Front Desk Receptionist) & Stephanie (Front Desk Receptionist). That's where the good ends. The other Front Desk Receptionist (I think her name is Jackie) is so unbelievably condescending, rude, combative & unprofessional. This is not a one time occurrence. I've let all the other horrible conversations go & chalked them up to her having a bad day, but at this point it's her character not just a bad day. I have never been so horribly treated by a business especially just trying to schedule appointments for my dogs. If not for the 3 excellent people I mentioned, this review would be less than one star.

Blue Cross has been great to my dog. Very friendly people working there. They were so awesome that my wife decided to start taking our other dog to them instead of her original vet across town.

We have been going to Dr Wheeler for many years now. She saved our pup's life when she was quick to react to sudden symptoms of lethargy, weakness and lack of appetite for which she did bloodwork right away. She has followed our dog's health ever since and today our dog Vida is happy and active. We have also had two other senior dogs under the care of Blue Cross and all the vets are great. Recently we lost our beautiful Bowie but Dr Philpott and Dr Wheeler not to mention the front desk and nurses were all very compassionate and helpful at that difficult time. They were able to explain the options in a way that helped us with our decision.

Very friendly, competent staff. Especially like Dr. Wheeler. Reasonable prices for services and supplies.

Love taking my dogs here. Very caring Vets and Techs. Been going there for 11 years now.
