Its so nice to get the help from CVS they did my covid test and even got me over the counter meds I needed right through the drive through...I had the of feeling of being a long time customer

got covid test, they sent me link with results - link doesn't work... the worst tool and firm I ever saw in my life! no penny to this medical chain anymore!

Said my test results would take 1-2 days. Then they said 3-5. Then 6-10. It’s now been 14 days. I still don’t have my results. I have kids to feed and I need to be able to go back to work.nnCVS has all kinds of smart people working for them. It’s not rocket science to figure out how many appointments they can book, and if they can’t do the simple math it takes to not overbook themselves, then being honest about the wait time is the least they could do for the sake of their patients. It’s not hard.nnBut they don’t care about actually getting people their results. They‘re just trying to line their pockets off this pandemic.

CVS never gets the job done. Auto refills never done. Takes 4 days to get it filled. I always run out miss days of taking my meds. This is life threatening for me. CVS sucks. My provider needs to drop CVS. This has been going on every month for many years. One of these days they will cause me too die.
