This place is the best! A huge shout out and thank you for taking care of us with propane and care during this devastating winter storm. We have had all the amenities to stay warm and cook during the power outage thanks to y'all. We have been residents since last July and will not be going anywhere else! Lots of seasonals and permanent folks but plenty of space for us travelers. The newer part of the park has very long, concrete, level sites with sufficient space. Full hookups, including a great cable package. Nice laundry, two recreation rooms with TVs, tables and chairs, couches. One has a kitchen while the other has shuffleboard and arcade style machines. A few necessities are available in a small store in the office. Walking trails and dog run. Right bin Tomball, so easy access to groceries and other shopping.

Very nice park. Mostly shaded. The people here are mostly long term residents. Office staff is very nice and friendly. Great amenities. And the property is well maintained. Photos taken 12/23/2020.

Open and quiet layout. Maps situated through park are extremely helpful. Work well with mobile service technicians

Mom lives there. Really seems like good place. Well kept. But raised the rent... Moms on Social security. Hopefully won't keep going up any more
