Quick effective to get your maximum refund..little pricey but worth the peace of mind...
Not good i tried vigorously to secure an appointment with this establishment and first couldnt find a location that was even answering the phone, ok so there was a storm ... after the storm? well after two gruelling days of calling multiple locations just to realize that they are closed due to inclement weather the sun came out...the crisis was over....not for those that jackson hewitt employs finally a store answered towards the end of day three but that was because it was a corperate store... most are franchise... after calling the store near me could not set an appointment because they didnt know when they could open...losing interest in this - refund anticipation loan- more trouble to do business with this company than it seems to be worth... they just are not interested in generating revenue probably because they are all independently wealthy and that's why they decided they needed a job....makes sense....i have tons of cash ill get a job, just to - not apply myself & make a personal statement!!!
Excellent service! Everyone here has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They're all consistent with the information they give and I feel well taken care of. The process has been simple and I attention they're taking to make sure I understand everything. It's a relaxing atmosphere and they're not rushing around! Thanks y'all!
