Why does the pharmacy NEVER answer the phone? I’ve tried numerous time’s this week and can not get through. My prescriptions are never ready, even when I’m told they are available, and ready for pickup. What’s going on with this pharmacy?nnI finally got through, told them I’d be there to pick up my prescription at 4:15. I didn’t make it until 5 and surprise, surprise, it’s not ready. Moving my prescription to Walgreens.

The only reason for a 1 is because of no negatives. I turned in a script on jan 16 was told had to be ordered I went back jan 20 they could not find a script I dropped off. Keep in mind they didnt ask for dob or phone number.i called back on jan 27th and was told that my dr had to call in another script because he was not allowed to order this type of medication. The problem with that is I had just got off my phone with my dr talking about this same script and he never said that he had to write a new. So they were trying to blame my Dr. For their ineptitude.

Pharmacy is WAY UNDERSTAFFED... very very poor service.... only been with them since January 1st n have had NUMEROUS issues with them. Today's example.... I live in Silsbee was automated called at 19A to say my scripts were ready. Called pharmacy to b sure as several times before they have NOT BEEN AFTER receiving automated call... Was put on hold....left home n went n had an oil change STILL ON HOLD...18 minutes later I hung up n redialed, back on hold.... Oil change done, drove to CVS, still on hold...walk into store 19minutes n 45 seconds STILL ON HOLD! Go to get scripts... NOT EVEN FILLED YET!!!! Very UNSATISFIED with automated calls telling me scripts are ready for pickup n when you get there they haven't even filled them yet!!!!

This place doesn’t notify you if the prescription is ready or if more info is needed. They never answer the phone!! Been trying for two weeks to check in prescription status before I have to make the hour drive to there. If there was a closer CVS I would use them.
