This was the worst experience I ever had. Areli was rude from the first second, like she didn't even want my business. When I told her that the cost was more than I paid last year she basically called me a liar and said she wasn't going to argue with me. She had the bedside manner of a rabid dog (no offense to the dogs). I left without getting my taxes done there and with a firm belief that I will never use H&R Block ever.
